We always want you to be completely satisfied with your services. If you have any Issues about the quality of our work we will fix it within 3 days of service.
REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
APPOINTMENTS
Due to clients not showing up. When you make an appointment with us we are not guaranteed that we will be able to take you in exactly at the time of appointment but rest assured you will be first on the list to be takened in. UNLESS you make a deposit. In that case we can be sure to hold you place and take you in on time.
